I thought that you misspelled "rhapsody" but apparently that's how it's spelled in the official title. BTW, I've just checked what this is on Wikipedia and the art direction doesn't fill me with a lick of enthusiasm.
This is the facial expression of the deepest unblemished apathy.
If you want to see bottom of the barrel animation I can't recommend it enough.
But if you value your time but still want to know what this special is about. I recommend watching Phelous' review of it instead.
The only thing that is interesting about this film that it was made with software not intended for a movie of it's length but that's about it.
Other than that its exactly what you'd expect a film to look like when seeing your massive dump in the toilet after a Taco Tuesday.
