I want to change the FPS in Adobe Animate. What FPS should I use for smooth animation?
The smoother the better, but I think 24 should be good enough.

I'm Team 24 fps as well. Animating on 2's with occasional 1-frame smears.

24 is the standard but I will say you really don't need a high framerate to achieve "smooth animation". If you know what ur doing and how to utilize every frame you can make anything smooth on any framerate. For example Aimkid makes videos that are buttery smooth and she animates at 18fps. So as long as you know what you're doing and how to make every frame count you can make it as smooth as you need :)
