Use references (pornstars since this type of pose is common on porn stuff), break down the body into basic shapes, and do thumbnail sketches first to get the overall look of it before dwelling deep in it (it's also warm up practice habit). Just study anatomy and do gesture drawings of nude models as it will train your mind/eye to notice what the human body can do right. That way you can break those rules with understanding. Even the beanmouth heads still have basic shapes you need to know when drawing the head.
