Not sure if any of these sound close to what you're after but just from searching "punch.wav" complete with quotation marks, I yielded all of these — three of them are from Freesound. I deliberately excluded any instances of punch.wav that were songs rather than sound effects

If none of these are the site, no worries — we may need to trawl through the Internet Archive for that perhaps
