not something you record but a good loosener / warm up to help w enunciation is to say "badaga padaga bodogo podogo boodoogoo poodoo beedeegee peedeegee" and "manala thavaza monolo thovozo moonooloo thoovoozoo meeneelee theeveezee" dead serious. do this a bunch before recording, and even put a pencil between your front teeth horizontally while you do it.
