Plenty of us have/have had fictional crushes. I get it. It happens. Some of the most popular probably already popped up in your head now: Gwen from TDI, Shego from Kim Possible, Marshall Lee from Adventure Time, Zuko from ATLA. The Once-ler? Need I say more? As appealing as these characters may be, this thread is about the less conventional crushes that you either have now or have had in the past.
Maybe the character looks kinda goofy/not very conventionally attractive. Maybe they're a literal monster or Eldritch abomination. Maybe they have a personality so annoying/repulsive/irredeemable that most people would be repelled by them. Maybe they were just in the background and never had their chance to be lusted after by the masses. Whatever the reason may be, as long as it's a character in animation that many people wouldn't expect, anything's fair game. It doesn't have to be Western animation, and it doesn't have to be anything super popular.
Here, I'll start:

I don't have a crush on him anymore, but as a young pumpkin, seeing him was the highlight of any episode of Chowder. Thinking back on it, I think I just really liked his voice and felt pity on him whenever he had to clean up somebody's mess or was being mistreated. He just did something for me.
I'd post a female example as well, but I'm wary, since she's from a video game rather than any animation. That, and I can't tell if it was a crush or just fascination. Maybe both
(It was Lady Bow from Paper Mario, btw. She was just so cute to me)
