  1. Sign up for a section on this Google Sheets. You can choose more than one! I’m thinking of putting a limit on three max, but this can be talked about. The goal is for each errand in the game to be done in typical Newgrounds cartoon fashion, the transitions (as in whenever Dude crosses off an errand on his list) will be done by us, the collab organizers.
  2. No AI, duh. No, seriously, no AI-GENERATED CONTENT AT ALL in your animation or art. Especially for the voices. Good god, we don’t want AI to mock Rick Hunter or anyone else.
  3. It’s a POSTAL collab, so it’s not gonna be family friendly. I want this to be rated M, so don’t go too far with the sex jokes and stuff like that. Even tho Krotchy, POSTAL Babes, and that one segment on Wednesday exist, just don’t go too far and make it too weird or uncomfortable.
  4. You can use the original POSTAL Dude voice lines and in-game sound effects (but we do encourage you to voice the lines yourself for extra fun, no shame if you can’t do it or find someone who can)
  5. There’s no “bar of entry” but put some effort into it! I don’t want this to be spam/low quality shitpost.
  6. You can joke about the terrorists and stuff like that, just don’t be racist man. Hey, if RWS ain’t gonna censor THAT part of Tuesday in POSTAL 2 Redux, why should we?
  7. Submit it on this google form
  8. The deadline is April 7, 2026. I want it to be released on the game’s anniversary, April 14 and that will give us time to put it all together.
  9. No copyrighted music! Use music from the audio portal.
  10. Join the Discord server for easier communication, updates on the project, and a more direct way of submitting (but this is optional if you don’t wanna use Discord, we don’t judge)

Hey, co-host M-kirbs here! I'll be the Mike J to Blake's Vince- I hope that doesn't rub off as weird :P

We love POSTAL, and rightfully so cuz we're making this thing (if it wasn't clear by that one art I made and me on my own server lol)

Anyways, I'll be swiftly answering questions about the collab (alongside Blake), designing the map, running the Discord server, wrote like a LOT of the guidelines and stuff like provided Google Sheets, and most fun of all...voicing the POSTAL Dude for map/errand transitions! (I know my Rick Hunter impression ain't good and I'm female, bear with me, I've been practicing for a while now and I HAD to take this opportunity lol)

Anyways, here's everything else we want for this collab:

Artists

Can’t animate but still wanna help out the collab through your drawings? Not to worry cuz we have openings for some of the smaller things like..

Whenever animators need backgrounds for their animations or anything else, really.

Drawing the lil’ photos on the map for these hate groups when they’re added:

  • RWS Protestors - “Games are bad, they make you mad!”
  • Book Protestors - “Save a tree, burn a book!”
  • Rednecks - “And one for Joe Bob, son of Billy Joe Bob!”
  • Butchers - Don’t ask how they make their meat…
  • Postal Workers - Still probably pissed about the POSTAL series name and what kind of games they are

Musicians

Since copyrighted music is NG’s biggest problem, let’s tackle it by getting musicians who can make originals or even covers! Any musician can make original music that has POSTAL vibes, the sort of Nu Metal-esque music that would be on POSTAL Dude’s music player, these would be used throughout the collab for any entries without music (even tho POSTAL 2 doesn’t have a lot of music by default). We’re also considering what the credits theme will be: either Map Muzak or the music that plays at Uncle Dave’s party (we’ve considered On Silent Wings by Wrythe or Gone Postal by A Fall to Break, but we’re not sure how copyright infringing those songs in particular could be :V), preferably covers of either of these songs for extra safety and cuz it’d be more fun that way.

Voice Actors

Tired of the same ol’ voice lines from the game or just wanna show off your Rick Hunter impression (ahem, like I am)? Well, shout out in this thread or in the Discord server that you’re either looking for VAs for your animation or that you’re a VA looking for an opportunity to help!

ALL CONTRIBUTORS:

You know how in reanimation collabs, the credits show animators’ sonas/OCs matching the theme of the projects like robots in the What Ever Happened to Robot Jones Reanimated or the fishsonas in the Spongebob Movie Rehydrated? Every contributor to the POSTAL 2 Collab will be able to draw their sona or OC dressed up as the POSTAL Dude, a Dudesona if you will (or drawing yourself in a way that works with POSTAL, doesn’t have to be the Dude)! If you can’t do that or simply don’t want to, don’t worry, we’ll use your Newgrounds profile pic for the credits instead.

I kinda left it open to be like one person per group (like one person does the RWS protestors, another does the postal workers, etc.) but if there isn't much demand for the one pic per person thing, you are more than welcome to do all of them

Bumping for an update, here's the progress so far:

Hoping we can get someone big to do the POSTAL Redux easter egg for the NG folks (let us know who's open), mainly some big name NG animator or POSTAL animator in general (McMetalface? We doubt it but would be cool lol)

We're also 4/5 map pics claimed, all that's left is the one for Friday, the post office workers/carriers

Music collaborators are also welcome to join as we still want a credits theme!
