Forgive me for being dense, my father tells me I have a thick skull, but is that Ralph Bakshi? As in animated LOTR Ralph Bakshi?

As in Heavy Traffic/Hey Good Lookin'/American Pop Ralph Bakshi
someone's already said it but Ralph Bakshi is an artist I look up to deeply, his caricatures and overall designed influenced a good chunk of my artstyle. his sort of raw style's helped my less refined style I've gotten so far

though another artstyle that's sort of evened out with a more polished esque style is the one of Heinz Edelmann. his experimental and sort of, more straight lined¿ style has made my artstyle not go too much on Bakshis style like Bakshis has made my art style not too Edelmanns. I love both their styles and are probs the two most important in my artstyle so far^^

Those are awesome inspirations. Largely it's that use of watercolor—at least I think it's watercolor—that's used in different ways to good effect
Watercolor's my favorite method in painting, I suppose it wouldn't be much a coincidence that the people I look up to deliver color to their stuff xd
I'd like to get into it, I'm not good in coloring but i'm have them in mind when I try^^
David Firth definitely, OG Ian and Anthony Smosh def inspired my humor, but I will say everyone that worked on like s1-s20 truly inspired me as a writer, and animator due to the fact I'd laugh my ass off at those episodes. I'd also say that without South Park I wouldn't have become a creator, due to the fact I used some techniques of theirs to create animations, but also because they pushed boundaries with everything they did. Writing, animation, characters, etc, etc.
But yeah, those are the minor and major inspirations of mine!
