This gets a perfect score but only for one reason: the ending. It's the absolute perfect bait and switch. It's just great to see something so unrealistic become realistic. You wouldn't expect them to be arrested. It would play out like a standard action cartoon. Then, it looks like it's changing because the officer will understand how valuable the cereal is.

No, he just went back to normal. It's such a perfect climax. It's hard to even consider this an action cartoon given how nonstandard it comes off. Real people would be arrested for that! I don't know why a cop would be chattering teeth. I see TONS of potential of this as a series even though this looks like a standalone cartoon.
