You don't seem to fully understand the profound and unfathomable awesomeness and potential revolution that is quantum computing man Aalasteir! XD I doubt we'll get these things in our personal homes anytime soon too - especially when they need valuable metals and cryogenic chambers to run - but maybe they won't in the future, maybe we'll make some breakthroughs there, similar to those we've made with regular computing. Not so long ago the ones we use were the size of a room too! It would be cool...
I do hope we'll get fusion based power, cause without it our grid just is not enough, and I think we will, current experiments seem hopeful. :) It's been demonstrated to work at least, just is not good enough at scale yet. Well either we get fusion, or something akin to Tesla's (the original, Nikola) free energy. Or we just kill this technology thing and start living like we're supposed to! In harmony with nature yet again. :P Sometimes the way we're moving just does not seem like the right way after all...
Anyway this was an enlightening; insightful interview y'all! Answers go deep. And that username change sure went fast! :D Curious now what the PT stands for now...
