I was originally gonna call myself MK or Meels' Kitten, since that's my Youtube username, but it wouldn't let me use MK, and since I was super self-conscious, I didn't go through with Meels' Kitten.
so I decided I wanted to pick something related to Pokémon, and I picked Shinx over Meganium due to GoldShinx rolling off the tongue better than ShinyMeganium, and me fawning over Shinx at the time (I also didn't want to be made fun of for liking Meganium).

I changed mine from EscapistProductions. I wanted something that reflected my loves of space and horror/monster themes. Specifically, I wanted to be named after a star in the Orion constellation, as a sneaky comparison to Betelgeuse/Beetlejuice.
This was before I knew I could steal usernames from inactive accounts, so I searched NG for the names of the stars in the constellation that do have names, and they were all taken. So I instead threw some Greek letters at the wall because of the Bayer designation system, and wound up with theta as one that sounded nice. This is me if you even care. To make it snappier, I slapped "geist" at the end (meaning "ghost" or "spirit" like in "poltergeist"). It also has the same pattern of syllables as Beetlejuice, so that the joke "Thetageist Thetageist Thetageist" makes sense.
I actually lucked into the most thematically appropriate Greek letter for myself, because θ was used in ancient Greek as a shorthand for "Thanatos" and a symbol of death. Works perfectly with the undead theme!
I don't know what I'd be called if not Theta. Possibly Rigel or Saiph. Meissa is a beautiful name, though.

Mines a pretty boring but simple story
I initially started with Rlliott, because I misspelled my name on a save file by fat-fingering R instead of E, i liked it and it stuck for a year, eventually i decided i wanted to change, and chose my supposed "forever username" Gooufey, my brother came up with it because he'd pronounce the word "goou-fey" i stuck with it for 3 years and after having the same "how is it spelt again?" convo when exchanging socials with anybody irl, I decided to pivot, and make a new one, which would end up being "Cohelli" a portmanteau of My actual irl Nickname "Elli" (prenounced El-ee) and a word I cant quite remember because I came up with it at 3AM.
I wrote it down in a book and a month later i found it, and began changing all of my stuff, newgrounds tho, I haven't been able to, I'm just waiting to get supporter status

In other circles of the internet, I go by SemichaoticSadism.io, or SemichaoticSadism_io if periods aren't allowed. The history behind that name is truly not very complicated. I needed a username that was moderately creative, and definitely not taken. I think I succeeded.

I love my full legal name, but it's kinda long, and I wanted to come up with a unique artist name that I would like.
I took some letters out of my legal surname and turned it into a new name (like Macey or Lacey but with a V).
The 'A' stands for my legal first name. The reason it's in front of Vacey is because AV are my initials.
I was inspired by the YouTuber Dawko (he came up with his name using his legal surname too), and I'm happy with what I came up with.
My real life name is Gustavo, and I decided to combine my name with something else... that's when I chose the word "tono"... Why? I don't know, I was 6 years old when I chose that name.
Roses are red... Violets are blue... I'm working on Flappy Parrot too...

Simoes is from my last name and I used to be "Simoes1000", the number 1000 is just a random number.

For me I got the idea of my username from memes specifically the vegeta 9000 meme and SpongeBob SquarePants
Years ago I was having nickname Copperfield but mostly I used this nickname for TF2 then I was having Polish Jerry, Polski Jerry as a dank meme from Tom & Jerry cartoon but now is PLJerry and that’s it.

I'm glad you asked, Basically my Name is Jack because I like the name and my favorite characters are named Jack. Like Samurai Jack,Jack(Raiden's real name in MGS) Jack Cayman from Madworld and lastly Jack (number) from Tekken. It's also because it's the most common American name and I like American stuff (sometimes). Toko comes from my favorite characters Tokio from The Silver Case who I relate to the most,I changed it to Toko to make it easier on the tongue. The name Toko is also supposed to Japanese name because I also like Japanese stuff like a lot more then American stuff. So that's my history on why I have the name JackToko.
