★ I... animate using DaVInci Resolve. It's by far not the easiest option, but it's what I've grown accustomed to by now. It also makes mixed media easy to work with.

At the same time, I have been using ibisPaint X to learn simple animations until I upgrade (eventually).

I'm a FRAUD.

blender because i'm lazy to download something else. It's the all in one of art programs. I like how easy blender is to use, it's relatively simple besides for the way markers work because they're easier to use in 2d mode but harder to use in 3d.

I use Blender too. It's pretty much industry standard level now, and it's completely free to download and make stuff with. :)

I use Blender mostly, but I'm also learning Synfig, and OpenToonz. Eventually, I want to get iClone because of a lot of great features it has. Also, I'm learning how to do animated film-making in Unreal, which is a real learning curve for me, lol

I've tried a couple of programs but eventually stuck to ibispaint free version. Like sure, i can't change the canvas size, so im stuck at about 600×400, but i don't mind since im used to making illustrations on ibis and i have all the materials to stylise my projects the way i truly want. ^^

I'm completely sold right now with blender's grease pencil. I used to want to use flash 8, but it was just too limited. Luckily for me, GP is also vectors and has a very powerful python API to make stuff like rain just like ActionScript.

im stupid and lazy so i use scratch. yes the kids coding site. it warps my frames for no reason, but at least i can abuse the glide block to cut out 15 minutes of slowly moving a still rig.

my laptop is a piece of trash and doesn't run anything very well anyways.

Sometimes i Use Adobe Flash CS6, but I also use Tahoma2D

I use flash (various versions including animate) because for me, it has changed the animation scene with preloaders and interactive elements that you could do with ActionScript, also because it is a great animation software (aside from crashing and a few bugs, and that adobe is processing strokes loading window in newer versions)

i dont think anyones mentioned this, bui i like Pencil 2D. It has a simple interface, simple tools, simple everything. It's very easy to use if you're a beginner

I would also recommend OpenToonz for more professional kinds of animation (has a steep learning curve tho)

Adobe Flash/Animate is pretty good to use, i don't know if it's because i'm too accustomed but the interface is pretty simple, the symbols, the timeline, the classic tweens, the especial effects and lots of different functions are soo useful to work with your animations and even GAMES

Roses are red... Violets are blue... I'm working on Flappy Parrot too...

I use RoughAnimator!

I tried a lot of animation programs over the years and this is the only one I have felt comfortable in ever since flash cs6.

I like how simple it is, I don't really need a whole lot.

I do want to try some hybrid of 3D and 2D stuff for future projects (thinking of blockbench + blender) but I'd stick to it for the 2D side of things.

I use clip studio, because I only need decent brushes and a basic timeline. I don't really care for complicated features.

i use flipaclip because i got the premium version when it wasnt subscription-based and dont want to waste that.

also because i havent found anything that has the same frame editing ui and i prefer to edit each frame individually :-P

I use an animation program called "Cloud Stop Motion" as the name implies it is ment to be used for stop motion projects (which I have done as well) but I use my artwork instead and animate the frames using it

I mostly use Flash for vector art and animation (I've got like, 4 versions installed on my computer so I don't really stick to one specific version, but I usually go for either Flash 8 or Flash 5). I also sometimes play around with Director MX 2004 for more sprite-based animation.

I use Cartoon Animator 5 for the animation, Audacity to record (sometimes edit) the sound, Photoshop + the Affinity suite to ink, color and rig my hand drawings, Shotcut and/or CapCut for the editing

And also my BAMBOO ONE CTF-430 ( I already had to change it so I bought the same model)
