Will this be live action or animated?

While an animatic, it's still quite good. It reminded me of a series of creepypastas called "50 Foot Ant". It was about soldiers stationed...you know, the stories are so insanely long I can't describe them here. I loved how ambiguous it was. We only see a good glimpse of the monster once. Imagine how good the finished project will be!

it's a good psychological study. You have no idea how this fight is going to go down. All the bodies at the end are frightening too. You show fine details for something that isn't completed. People probably won't be forgetting this one anytime soon.
