That first guy looked like Numbuh One from "Codename: Kids Next Door". I have to admit the graphics looked a little cheap. It just wasn't anything too special. That being said, there's nothing really too wrong with this. I just thought it needed more detail. Perhaps it could have used some shading.
I liked the music. Pizza's pretty cool. I don't remember the Papa's series of games. There's games for really everything nowadays. This is fine for something really quick.

A few people definitely didn't understand the assignment though. Why are there legs in my Papa Louie game.
Although, I'm somewhat disappointed that the customers don't actually have their own unique predetermined orders like in the actual Papa Louie games.
I thought they did at first, I got a goth who wanted a burnt olive pizza, and a cat guy who ordered an anchovy pizza, but a quick replay to check made me realize it was just a coincidence, and the orders are actually random. Explains all the burnt pizzas everyone ordered.
Random side-tangent: With the Papa Louie games' focus on characters and their favourite orders, I wonder why I haven't seen any Papa Louie OCs until now. Or perhaps there is indeed a beautiful corner of the internet full of unironic Papa Louie OCs that I have yet to stumble upon.

My character having legs is a deliberate stylistic choice. Humans in the Papa-verse don’t have legs, and since my character isn’t human, the difference is meant to stand out. If your first reaction is that something feels “off,” about him that’s intentional lol. He’s designed to look close enough to human to pass at a glance, but wrong in a way that would be unsettling in the Papa-verse, especially since seeing someone walking around with knees would be genuinely creepy there, kind of as if you saw someone enter a room who is 9 feet tall.
That's a clever idea - using the clues from the character to determine parts of their order. I have implemented predetermined characteristics into the game for the five customers in which you can work out part of their order by looking at their design.
While most of the orders will stay random, there are two characters who will always request the same topping, one character who will always order an undercooked pizza, and two who will always order a burnt pizza.
