The hands are too small, and the general body shape is that of a man, not woman.
The shulder have to be narrower and the hips wider.
The pose also lacks of sexyness, if that is what you want to achieve. I that case you have to exagerate the contrapposto.
References of some poledancers should help you fix it.
A good thign to do is paint the general light's and shadwos under the line before starting to actually paint it, in order to identify the main shapes.
