Earthbound 64 is one of those unreleased games that always fascinated me. The Nintendo 64 barely had any rpgs and I was always curious how a game like Mother 3 would play on it. I wish that some sort of build would leak one day like how Dinosaur planet did to see how much changed from it to the final GBA version. It was going to be made for the Nintendo 64DD but went through a lot of trouble during development since a lot of the devs were new to 3D game development, and making a rpg fit on the Nintendo 64 wasn't easy due to the console's limited file size even with the Disc add-on. Finally the low sales of the 64DD in Japan didn't help matters either so it was decided to cancel the game. Thankfully development restarted on the gba and Mother 3 finally released, but part of me always wonders what the n64 version was like.
I usually check featured art first, then latest, then finally undiscovered artists.
I still use pinterest to find references/inspiration. But I've been using it less now since the site is full of ai art. It's a shame because pinterest used to be a solid place for finding art, but now it's becoming like any website selling itself out for ai slop.

Wasn't one of the reasons why this game got cancelled was it being supposedly the first Star Wars game with M-Rating?
While the the M-rating might've contributed 1313's cancellation. I think Disney just wanted to close down Lucas Arts because they didn't feel like running a game publisher/developer, and cancel any Star Wars projects that weren't going to tie in to their own movies/ new continuity.

I'm really getting sick of how more software companies are trying to push for subscription services where they aren't necessary in the first place.
The Pipeworks trilogy of Godzilla games were some of my favorite games growing up. Even if the controls on Unleashed sucked.

I would say definitely play the Bungie games in release order which is as follows. Halo Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo Reach. The 343 games are a mixed bag that have really divisive elements that you may love or hate depending on tastes. Also If you are into RTS games the halo wars games are pretty fun to.
well I do like story focused games and most first person shooters is story focused so I think I’ll play the first one First but I don’t know about the RTS ones though there not really my thing
That's cool, the Halo War games are just spin offs that have stories that are self contained, and don't affect the plot of the mainline games.

Sorry to hear about your drawing tablet dying. Getting one with a screen for under 200 bucks can be hard. If your willing to use a tablet without a screen the One by Wacom, and Wacom Intuos are pretty good affordable tablets. If you must have one with a screen the tablet I use a XPPen Artist 13.3 pro when on sale is 200 bucks, and there's the XPPen artist 12 that's a little under 200 if I remember right. I also hear that the GAOMON PD1161 is a pretty solid screen tablet for 200 bucks.

The Wii U failed due to a a string of bad decisions, all of which stemmed from Nintendo getting cocky. They rushed a console out with little to no advertising, had no AAA games prepared at launch, and neglected to work with 3rd party studios well in advance to its release.
They learned from most of their mistakes with the Switch, but they're getting full of themselves again with the pricing. I don't think the Switch 2 will be a failure, but I think it will end up like the 3DS; a terrible first year, but after a price cut and plenty of quality games, it will be a modest success.
However, I could be wrong. After all, they didn't have to worry so much about tariffs during the 3DS' launch year.
Yeah, I lean towards the Switch 2 being another 3DS in terms of sales not being as high compared to the previous console, but still a modest success after a price cut. Of course, the tariffs alone put this whole situation in uncharted waters. Still, I find it funny how consistent it is for companies like Nintendo and Sony. After having a successful console, start getting cocky and fumble the launch of the next one.

I wish their would be more execs like Iwata in Nintendo, and the rest of the gaming industry.
I liked most of the games they showed off, my personal highlights being. Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bonanza, Kirby Air Riders, legally distinct bloodborne 2, the few seconds of Silksong footage that remind me that I didn't hallucinate its announcement years ago, and also seeing a little bit of deltarune chapter 3 and 4 was cool. The only grip I have that killed any enjoyment from the direct was that Mario Kart World is going to be $80. I already hate that games are 70 bucks, but now a game like Mario kart being $80 means that more games are going to be even more expensive down the road.
I know this is last minute but here's my submission for the collab.
I remember playing the windows xp version of kidpix during computer lab when i was a kid
It's doing fine whenever I'm not procrastinating. I'm just focused on trying to improve my skills and finish whatever art piece I started.
