You have to finish it, everything in the final act leading up to the game's ending is great. I'll say Bully is better than GTA V
My xbox 360 that I'm playing it on can be weird sometimes which is why I haven't beaten it yet I think. Some buttons on the controller dont work unless you press it really hard for example.

This was a great year for newgrounds! A lot of memories were made and a ton of cool shit released as well. My favorite was definitely the 30th aniversary!
