This is a cool homage to a great game from Rare 🧚

I'd suggest starting with something small, like a stickman game where he has to run down a corridor and dodge obstacles. If you need help programming it, there are plenty of people here with experience in game development software who can surely guide you (just be careful, not all people is trustworthy). There must also be hundreds of excellent tutorials on YouTube.
