I grew up on early Youtube watching all manner of let's plays, we're talking EARLY early around 2006-2007. There's so many from that era that's completely lost, youtube archival is already kind of spotty but stuff like this is more or less completely gone. It's one of those where you feel cut off from nostalgia on account that it's completely gone in that sense. I got a small list on my end based on what I remember but it gets spottier each day.
Beyond that; another is a flash game by Nitrome of a game called Balloon Maker, a little applet that let you make custom balloons for one of your games. That's been gone since 2009 and the few traces of it left are a few screengrabs and a handful of videos, nothing else.
Aren't Nitrome the guys who made Bad Ice Cream? Used to play that in elementary school, good times! Also, remember that lost Super Mario 64 Star Secret screamer video? That's what I was reminded of when I heard 'Early Youtube'.

Funnily enough, they didn't do all 12 signs.
Unless there were some animated, but never released.

The first is a football flash advertgame on from Candystand. It was promoting Capri Sun. I can't remember it clearly, but you picked from a boy or girl player, and would remain stationary as the ball was passed to you. You click-dragged to kick the ball, but I don't remember if you were shooting goals or passing to other players. It was on a time limit, and when the timer ran up, it would show a hand reach into a cooler full of Capri Sun pouches, with the slogan "DIG DEEP" in these icy-colored letters. Last I could check, it was not on Flashpoint or Flash Museum, but I am hopeful that it will turn up eventually.
The second is a YouTube video I don't expect to ever see again. It was a Hotel Mario intro cutscene reanimation, possibly done as a school project. It was made in this grotesque but simplistic style which relied heavily on moving pre-drawn layers. About halfway through the video, the animator ran out of steam and devolved into moving the Mario/Luigi pieces randomly around the screen, resulting in isolated arms and legs floating about.
"Grotesque yet simplistic style" Like it was Cut-Out animation like South Park, but they were drawn in a disturbing manner?

Please don't mug me, I collect these to use them, not to keep them.

For me, it's this.
I know it's a video, but it's an artistic vision, and therefore counts as art.
Just finding and/or discovering any kind of lost media that has been either forgotten or undiscovered yet is enough to keep me interested. I’d love to be the one to find and recover something that was thought to be lost in the sands of time.

There's actually his old commercial I remember and I'm trying to find.
This commercial was in North America. This commercial stars the 3 characters, they had rectangular prism bodies, one was pink, one was orange, and one was blue, they were 3d and much, much smaller than humans, like tiny.
These 3 characters are 3d-animated, and they go into a real store, walking around, until they find a tablet on a high shelf in the aisles.
They walk into the store, and the pink one wants a tablet on a very high shelf in one of the aisles. They stack atop each other, the tablet falls over as they try to grab it, and it falls on them, crushing them.
I believe this commercial was made sometime between the late-2000s and mid-2010s, and I believe I saw it on my tablet.
I don't remember the brand of tablet they were advertising.
The characters had a glossy/shiny appearance, akin to Frutiger Aero. Their arms and legs were also rounded.
I want to create a video in Windows Movie Maker, and I'll film myself over a green screen.
Does Movie Maker support green screen videos? And how exactly do I place a background in place of a green screen?
I'm thinking of using MS Paint drawings as the backgrounds.
I know this isn't exactly animation, but it does cover movement, which I guess could be called animation.
This won't be on Newgrounds, it will have copyrighted music (I might do Our Lady Peace - Do You Like It (Official Audio) or Three Days Grace - World So Cold), as it will be a music video.

These days it's almost been fully recovered, but that's a fairly recent development, I think less than half of the original movie was available when I first became fascinated with it as a kid.
Film back then was like video games today, the publishers only saw it as a cash cow and not as an artistic medium in its own right so why bother preserving anything once the money stops piling up? That, combined with nitrate film being prone to spontaneous combustion, means that something like 75% of all silent films have been lost, even really big ones (we will probably never see a complete Charlie Chaplin filmography).
Today I learned something new! Black-and-white films are lost because they might explode!

I did somewhat keep up to date with the intriguing search for Subways of Your Mind, aka The Most Mysterious Song on the Internet, however that has been discovered now. I own it as a single on Vinyl which is pretty epic.
And while I wasn't around for it, the story behind Panchiko's D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L was very interesting, I highly recommend looking it up.
I remember that Pachinko album cover! I remember a Youtuber talking about 4Chan threads, and that was one of the mysteries of 4Chan.
I forgot... Thanks for correcting me, though!

The deadline for this collab is March 5th, so you have plenty of time. If you struggle with perfectionism, flip your canvas to tweak certain things like line-art, or whatever, then flip it back and see if it looks good to you. You can also zoom out to see it from a distance. Also, viewers will look at your drawing from a glance or via their phones. Why do innocent shows (The Loud House & Bluey) have degenerate fandoms, but darker shows (Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul) have nicer fandoms?

Remaking some of Canada's best rock songs.
Why Canada? Well, in Canada, there's a law stating that radio stations in Canada must have at least 30% of their music from Canadian bands. This is why Nickelback is hated, their music was rushed to meet the needs of radio stations (also the fact they're post-grunge, which is radio-friendly grunge, and some hate radio-friendly music.

Newgrounds' copyright rules are to protect it from bottom-feeders like yourself, Karrvin, when will you learn?
