I noticed a 6th place has been added for movies, nice.
Other than that yeah 2025 rocked for the many submissions we were blessed with, especially in the Decemeber.
My favorites for December folder is here:
Let's hope 2026 will be as cool a year for submissions!

I had this collection of screams laying around. I wonder if you'll like it.
Do you script or storyboard your stuff first when animating?

@Luis I saw some of your older interviews with some NG people back in the late 2000s. What was it like interviewing people who would eventually go on to become really big and do really cool stuff (I.e. rtil) and how do you feel knowing that you saw seeds of their ambition from the very start?
Also, since you're the uber user, what was it like organizing collabs back when they were still a new thing?

Biscotti with dark chocolate and cornflakes.

I've seen your name a lot lately @Gloryboy
How did you get your name out there when trying to establish yourself as an animator and internet presence?

What's it like being on Newgrounds for a quarter of a century?
it sounds very raw.
2026 sounds like it'll be fun for a ton of events with a nice kick off like this.
If anyone needs a VA for any of those events in mind, then hit me up.

2025 ruled, I'm very happy to have been more active on the site this year than I ever was in 2024.
Let's all hope for the supporters to reach 10,000.

I made these cookies a while back that had 85% dark chocolate and kit Kat as the chocolate chips. I took it to a hangout with my friends and they all LOVED it. Nice to know I can bake well.
Merry Christmas everyone
The stuff released this month was pretty awesome too such as PPF, sketch collab, and tankmas (I didn't play much of the latter but I respect its grand nature)
Happy holidays.

Normally I nope out of games I wasn't really vibing with anyway, but some of my favorite RPGs of the past decade have secret bosses or whatever else that I'm just not gonna fuck with. There's such a gap between main story difficulty and post-endgame difficulty that makes me take stock of how much life I have left to live and why I'd spend it trying to make the numbers big enough to have a better chance to win.
The entire FFX monster battle quest in a nutshell.
Even as a kid, seeing my brother play that quest seemed very unfun.
Honestly the worst part of it is simply the grinding. Sure, the battles are hard, but getting the enemies for it is just a chore.
Gran Turismo 4.
I respect the game, but I unfortunately don't know enough about cars to really understand how it works. I at least know how to drive however. I'll probably get even more enjoyment out of it when I understand what car parts do what.

recently I've been playing Mortal Kombat 1 with my friend and it's been so much fun trash talking each other as we rip out each other's spines lol
sure, I do enjoy playing the game by myself, the story / arcade mode is cool, and I like fighting against easy AI just so I could practice combos for the next time I play with my friend. but yeah, it just doesn't hit the same without having someone else
and I'm the same way with smash bros
I LOVE smash bros ultimate but once you play in a local tournament. where there's 8 people in one room all yelling at the same screen. playing by yourself just doesn't hit the same, only time I play smash by myself is when I hear that we're doing another boys game night smash bracket, so I play some rounds of smash to get warmed up so I don't get smoked first round lol
injustice 1 and 2, Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3, Blazblue Crosstag Battle and Guilty Gear Strive those are other fighting games I LOVE that just don't hit the same without another person
That's not weird, fighting games are just more interesting against other people, especially seeing how they play and trying to counter what moves work for them the best.

Ya know I just thought of you being interviewed not long ago.
Anyways, what's your schedule like?
November has been a good month, although I don't think I watched too much stuff this month.
Anyways:
Here's my folder for the good stuff I found
My favorite submission was probably duurrr chatgpt, such a lovely parody.
Congrats to all the winners and nominees.

Here's a sample of my voices
Nice, still gotta play 11 and X8 myself though
Didn't care and didnt watch it. I heard Mega Man 12 get announced so that's the only thing I cared to hear as a mega man fan.
Nice collab, also nice reflection, I've read through the NG history myself and find it to be very inspiring, especially when the very bad turns into the very good (internet crash in 2000 to the start of the prime era in around 2004 is an inspiring example to me in how if you stick it out you can find light at the end of the tunnel)
Never heard of this thread, anyways here's an audio skit
Shows like home movies are an inspiration to me. Nice to see it rerunning on AS.
Unrelated, but I've been watching Futurama as of recently; great show honestly.
