Yes, it can be the color palette of the flag or from the soccer team

Basically, if there’s a fictional character you want to draw, give them a Brazilian theme or vibe. This could mean wearing the colors of Brazil, enjoying Brazilian food or drink, or being in a Brazilian setting. You don't have to stick to just one character—get creative! The contest will be judged equally on skill/quality and originality. We’re also accepting original characters (OCs).
