Three Days Grace - Just Like You (Original Music Video)
For me, it's this.
I know it's a video, but it's an artistic vision, and therefore counts as art.
I did somewhat keep up to date with the intriguing search for Subways of Your Mind, aka The Most Mysterious Song on the Internet, however that has been discovered now. I own it as a single on Vinyl which is pretty epic.
And while I wasn't around for it, the story behind Panchiko's D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L was very interesting, I highly recommend looking it up.

Here's video of gameplay (keep in mind this video is over a month old and the game has been polished since then):

I’m currently looking for two (2) tracks:
Track A: A good “first real level” song; something that comes right after the tutorial.
Track B: Any genre is welcome. Pop, chipstep, phonk, experimental, whatever! If I like it, I can make it work. Don’t hesitate to send whatever you have, even if it's just you beatboxing. My only requirement is that the track must be under 3 minutes.
For the artists whose tracks I select, I’ll provide:
Thank you!
I doubt my tracks are what you're looking for genre-wise, but here:
(with regards to that last track, while it is a demo, the full track will likely be finished in January)
Feel free to have a look on my page or on Bandcamp

What genre is the music
Just gonna throw this here:
+3
1: Enshittification: Why Everything Suddenly Got Worse and What To Do About It. by Cory Doctorow
Read this book in about 2-3 days
2: The Catcher in the Rye by J.D Salinger
Probably took me about a week to finish, though I was only reading a few pages before bed each night.
3: The Royal Game (though my copy is simply titled Chess) by Stefan Zweig
I couldn't sleep last night so I read this entire book as it's only about 114 pages, took me about an hour to finish. Great little read.
TO READ:
No Country For Old Men by Cormac McCarthy
Animal Farm and Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell
I probably won't be able to finish all of these by the end of the year, but I hope I can.

Was there any update on this?

for me, i look towards patricia taxxons video , as i think she laid it out really well, but id like to see what others think!
The line between furry and anything else is if you call yourself a furry. If you do not call yourself a furry then you're not a furry.

There isn’t any frontpages on any of them, so it’s just curious. Is this because I’m starting to use FL Studio instead of FL Mobile?
Wait, it's not just me? I've noticed too.
Also, how the FUCK does my first, very bad submission have 17 downloads??
I'm betting this is data scraping or something.

I'm willing to use them on some game I like, but due to the limited amount of money I have, I'm skeptical on which game to buy. Many choices, many games on the front page and none that comes to my mind.
I have a knack for FPS games, with or without sandbox features, RPG games set in historical settings or with open world aspect and lots of items to collect (bonus points if it has a mix of firearms and whatever else the game genre has to offer i.e: medieval, 19th century, fantasy, cyberpunk, etc.), games from my childhood like Sonic, Cars, Ice Age, Tarzan, Lilo & Stitch, Shrek 3, Spiderman, Hulk, Transformers, Madagascar, whatever was on PS2 really; Open World action adventure games from the PS3 era that I saw my fave youtubers play when growing up, sandbox games, classic games from the 90s and 2000s, basically, a lot of games.
I wasn't able to get to the Autumn Sale on time due to being busy in my daily life, so I can always consider keeping the money for a while until Black Friday or Christmas sale. But if I buy one, it would be best if it could be on discount if it's a really good game from a big company and that is moddable.
(Just a little PS, I've been also looking for a game that has a Winchester Model 1895 in it that isn't BF1, Tannenberg or Sniper Elite 4 that can be play offline. If you can find a game like this one I would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :3)
Any idea you guys/gals have to help me?
I'm just gonna ignore everything you said and suggest 140, great little platformer game, awesome music, very cheap. Highly recommend.

I really hated the ending(s) of Life is Strange 2, but I won't spoil it here in case anyone is still playing that game. I also just didn't like how Sean acted like a total fucking idiot in that game and kept making things worse for him and Daniel.
I'd like to add a two more books to my list of things to read before the end of the year.
Enshittification: Why Everything Suddenly Got Worse and What to Do About It by Cory Doctorow

and
No Country for Old Men by Cormac McCarthy

I'll be honest, I received the Enshittification book yesterday and have already read about 2/3rds the way through it. Great read.

It's a virtue and 'stamp of quality' that a lot of us simply sleep on. xD My latest album has an alternate version of the front cover which I use when I post in in places that are more tech-bro and normie friendly than Newgrounds and Cara. :)
Geronimo Stilton (yes really) had this golden wisdom at some point:
"Instead of fighting war, promote peace". So, I'll put it this way:
"Instead of fighting GenAI, promote human-made art".
You might be interested in this then: https://brainmade.org/
Also, I really need to listen to that album.
A new trailer for Plants vs. Zombies Replanted dropped yesterday which shows off a bit more of the game. However they made the trailer into a sort of fake livestream of two people playing it and making really awful jokes.
I suspect it was made intentionally cringe so people would talk about it, and hey it's working because I'm sharing it here. But I actually really like this trailer in a sort of "so bad it's good" kinda way. It's very cringe but in like the best way possible IMO.
What're your thoughts on this trailer? Are you gonna play this game when it comes out next week?
I remember Super Crate Box being a really fun, free game.

Thanks a lot for your time! 🙏🔥
Thanks for the free report!
I don't know what to report this as, if it's even correct to report it at all, but this user has two submissions which are just made with objection.lol, a website for making custom Ace Attorney cutscenes. It's akin to just submitting a powerpoint presentation in my mind.
This one passed judgement last December:
This one is currently under judgment
There's also a submission that was made with some online Comic Creator?
I didn't go through all of their other submissions but they seem fine, even if it's mostly low-effort.

The idea is that, while the firey peas unfreeze the zombies, the ones behind are still frozen by the several wintermelons doing AOE. I tried it out and as far as I could get they seem to work not so bad together!
I dare you to come with a crazier defense layout than this one!!
No need to, someone else has already done it:

the point of this is to stand up against AI taking jobs, showing how we need quality over quantity, and human should should have control of art, instead of an emotionless machine with no real passion.
go ahead and ask me to make you a game, and this will probably be documented on a video on my YouTube channel who knows
please ask anything
Make a game where you press a button and it says "Eight!"

Just so everyone knows, Wegra said "RETARDS" instead of "DIPSHITS" when he posted this pretty much verbatim on Bluesky.

I don't have a problem with the word, for the record. I just think it's funny he used a less controversial word on Newgrounds of all places.

No new levels besides being able to use the Limbo page without using an external program.
No online play, only local (still cool to see it on PC if the modding community never did it)
Debate going around if AI was used (They clam it's uncompressed assets from the iPad edition)
They also clam to have "never-before-seen pre-production sketches and game history" despite the original artist not even knowing about this game until it was publicly announced.
The only real new things are a new game mode R.I.P where if you lose you go back to the beginning and cloudy day, in which there are waves of clouds that stop all sun productions. From the only gameplay video we have, it seems that cloudy day takes place in the usual places.
The gameplay video shows a new mini-game called "China", no idea what it could be and also an ice level, which was an April fools level that EA is going to turn into a real level I guess. On the positive side, it's coming to switch and will include game share and if you're on PC you could use whatever is the steam equivalent also the PVZ twitter account said there won't be an micro-transactions.
I really do hope they're hiding some mega-cool feature that makes it worth the $20 price tag. I also hope they make the outlines thicker because it looks pretty ugly with thin outlines.
But idk what do you guys think, is this going to be the final nail in the coffin for the PVZ franchise? Is everyone being too negative? (The trailer looked really cool and is loaded with easter eggs and most of the effort prob went to that)
As a speedrunner of the first game it's going to be interesting to see, but my expectations are incredibly low for this. I don't think it's going to be AMAZING!!! but it might not be god-awful either, but it's probably just gonna be "OK".

However, am I weird for mainly being a live music guy on here? I play tons of live shows. Played three last week, two with Stay Fashionable and one with Delta Ondine.
Anybody else here even bother doing live shows? When it's good it's amazing, but when it's bad playing a dead show you really have to be able to generate your own enthusiasm.
I definitely feel you haven't earned a good show until you've played a few dead ones.
I performed live with a group of strangers May of last year, it was a thing set up by this place that does music lessons, though it was open to everyone. I then did it again a few months later with a different group of people. I was the vocalist both times as I can't play any instruments other than drums but I don't have a kit anymore.
I will say, once I did it the first time, I only wanted more of it. Even though we were just doing covers it was an absolute blast. I hope to one day get maybe a bunch of people together and we can play some of my own songs live, but I don't know if that's something I want to do long-term.
I went to my first proper gig a couple of weeks ago and reported my feelings on it there since I have historically disliked live music.
