I love both mouthwashing and IHNMAIMS to DEATH but didn't exactly enjoy the game play. Mouthwashing is entirely carried by its story cuz its legit just a walking Sim wih some interesting visuals. I didn't even like the portions where you actually had something to do like in the Swansea chase hallucination or whatever

IHNMAIMS gameplay is super rigid and non-intuitive and game is pretty buggy. You would think the rereleases wouldhave fixed some of these issues but nah. I literally cannot finish the game on my switch cuz it has a game breaking glitch on my copy. Sucks!

I'm also a big fan of mouthwashing, fallout, WOF, warrior cats, mlp, lps, ihnmaims and probably more stuff I've forgotten.

you should go for it!! making an m rated collab might cause you to "lose" potential entries, but you also have to think you're filtering out people who wouldn't be a good fit for the collab in the first place. Better to have 2 fish in an aquarium then 17 dogs in one.

Drazah mentioned my LPS collab in the comment above, and yeah as far as collabs go it wasn't very impressive. HOWEVER, I did get a message about a year later from someone asking for advice on what to do for the final version of their collab because they were thinking of doing it something like the LPS collab. I bring this up cuz even if your collab FLOPS, someone will remember it and it will inspire them. I think thats pretty worth it!

hosting collabs are just fun in general! you get to help promote other artists and provide an opportunity for people's art to appear in a format beyond just posting their art to the art portal. lots of people would never have the opportunity to see their art in a game without collabs (ME INCLUDED). You also get the fun community experience of the intial rush of notifications during the first few days your collab releases and get to have silly fun reacting and responding to the reviews with ya artists

go for it dude!! you have nothing to lose! a frontpaged announcement post, a small art banner for the bbs thread and a request to Tom fulp to get your collab put on the calander should have you set up good

maybe a sort of egg hunt game could be fun? like you have Easter eggs hidden around some scenery, and you have like 20 seconds to find as many as possible. and at the end of the round you can open them up and the collab entries are what's inside the egg. Making it somehow a repeatable fun mini game like sebulants WANTED! collab would be the best. the more the collab game can stand on its own and doesn't need to lean entirely on it being a collab to be fun the better!
