I like the presentation, but there's not much substance to it. There's no reason to do anything but spam-click to unleash a hail of arrows at the wolves. The aiming could also use some work – the arrows don't seem to fly in a straight line from where your bow sprite is pointing and only have a loose correlation with where your cursor is.
I like how the "wolves" start non-hostile and gradually become more aggressive and twisted as you shoot more, but without the benefit of a true sense of progression this detail is kind of wasted. The wolves aren't DOING anything at the start, and the only reason I would start shooting them is to make the number at the top of the screen bigger. It's also really weird that the biggest spawn point for wolves seems to be near a village, which you would think I'd be protecting from them. It comes across like I'm just some guy who showed up in their home and started killing everyone.
For what it is, 3 out of 5 for presentation. I would like to see some iteration on this, rather than for it to be scrapped, because with some more gameplay and some tweaking to the existing mechanics it might be really good.
